Laguna Libra currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

All prints are professionally produced to order using archival-quality materials. Please allow time for production and packaging before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on demand, courier services, or seasonal delays. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Laguna Libra is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, industrial action, or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched where applicable.

Returns

As all prints are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [Insert Contact Email], including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging where applicable

If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we may request photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because prints are produced to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor colour variations caused by screen settings

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
